Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Toronto airport was great. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the location lacked a bit of coziness. The service was top-notch, and the dining options were exceptional albeit a bit crowded.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a sitting area, but they felt a bit dated compared to other Delta Hotels I've visited. The service was top-notch with quick responses to any needs, though there was a missing item from the room. The location, while convenient for the airport, felt a bit isolated. The dining experience had its ups and downs with exceptional dishes but lacking variety in the buffet. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were poorly cleaned with old socks under the curtains, lipstick on the comforter, and used sheets on the pullout bed in the sofa. However, the staff was very pleasant, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite many children staying for a sports tournament. The size of the room was a bit small for a two-night stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were among the best I'd ever experienced at a hotel, quite big and clean. Though, they were separated by double doors only, not a wall, which might not provide the utmost privacy. The service was top-notch, extremely nice and friendly; they even went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for me, easily accessible and close to where I needed to be. The dining options were not bad, with a good selection of food available. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a new carpet smell in the rooms which gave me a headache, need refurnishing, and the room we booked in advance didn't match the description well. However, the location is lovely with ample seating, very accessible to our Church Activity, and suitable for a quick layover. The dining options had a great selection but had some communication issues. The service was a mix of unnecessary charges and professional staff.
I found the hotel to be great overall, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, with friendly staff. However, there were some issues with the room cleanliness, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making it suitable for quick layovers. The rooms are comfortable, but there could be improvements in customer service. The dining options are limited, but the location offers easy access to both the airport and downtown.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small, and some cleanliness issues like old socks and lipstick stains were present, though the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The service was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, but parking was a bit challenging. The dining experience was overpriced, but the morning breakfast was delicious. The facilities were decent.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't clean, but it quickly turned into a luxurious and clean space with a magnificent view. The hotel staff was top-notch, known to us by name and always ready to assist, making us feel like VIPs. The location was a bit far from attractions but still lovely. The dining experience at breakfast could have been improved in terms of variety, and the existing options were not appealing. Nonetheless, the Manchego ratatouille served was a delicious highlight.
